Fast Tracked Process Improvement is  an intensive four day training and consultation for highly motivated employees and stakeholders to develop your organization’s approach to improving an important or highly visible process (for example development plan review, payment processing, permit processing, customer service, etc.)  This intervention helps organizations build process improvement skills while conducting an intensive effort to redesign a challenging business process.

Best Opportunities:  Recommended as a tool for improving business processes that are no longer meeting customer expectations in terms of the quality, speed or cost of the service.
