Developing Performance Measures provides a useful foundation for managers, analysts, and program managers responsible for planning, budgeting, and evaluating services to understand how departments can develop or improve their performance measures using basic terms and concepts. It can be offered as a half or a full day course; the extended timeframe allows participants to apply the concepts to developing measures for programs.
